Order placed
You'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number (e.g. #1001).
Processed & dispatched
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched from our partner warehouse in China. Once dispatched, we email you your tracking number.
Delivered
Delivery usually takes 6–8 business days after dispatch. Free UK delivery on all orders.
How to track your order
- With your order number: enter the order number from your confirmation email together with the email address or phone number you used at checkout.
- With your tracking number: enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking information may take a short time to appear after your order has been dispatched. Total delivery time is usually 7–10 business days to UK addresses. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
